Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times depend on your location:

United States: 6–12 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days

Shipping Rates

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Pilataway is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Pilataway is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pilataway cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
